I am Cynthia K. Bryant, Owner and Operator of First Generation Hair and Holistic Wellness. After almost 40 years of hairstyling, I found myself eager to add another level to my business and to my life. Committing to my own wellness journey is what guided me through the rawness of true healing. As of today, I am so grateful to add Sacred Woman Practitioner and Woman of Ankh Practitioner to my title and legacy. I have studied and prepared under Queen Afua’s Wellness Institute and Lashun Teboh’s Woman of Ankh Feminine Wellness program. I have earned specific certifications as a Womb Energy Practitioner, Yoni Steam Practitioner, and a Detoxification Specialist. The healing process is a very personal and unique journey, regardless of your starting point. So, when we choose to elevate against all odds, we pay it forward to our communities and lineages.
